Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, installing, or using LinkedIn Feed Blocker ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Extension.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal use on unlimited devices owned by you.
This license does NOT include:
- The right to modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
- The right to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Extension
- The right to use the Extension for commercial purposes without separate agreement
3. Payment and Refunds
One-Time Purchase
The Extension is sold as a one-time purchase. There are no recurring fees or subscriptions.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the developer's discretion.
- To request a refund, contact the developer at yannick.vetter@outlook.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
No Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in license revocation.
4. Updates and Support
Updates
- We may provide updates, bug fixes, and improvements at our sole discretion
- There is no guarantee of future updates, new features, or ongoing development
- Critical security updates and compatibility fixes will be provided on a best-effort basis
Support
- Basic email support is provided
- Response times are not guaranteed
- We may create FAQ documentation to address common questions
5. Intellectual Property
The Extension, including all code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Yannick Vetter. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
We do not warrant that:
- The Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted
- The Extension will meet your specific requirements
- The Extension will be compatible with future browser updates
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Extension
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise).

LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. This Extension is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. This is an independent productivity tool.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke your license if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity (e.g., chargebacks, license sharing)
- Attempt to circumvent the license system
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Extension, superseding any prior agreements.
